What You Will Be Doing
Elevating Customer Experience
* Deliver the One Luxe Experience by consistently executing the One Luxe service model, ensuring a premium, personalized experience for every customer.
* Demonstrate product expertise and storytelling, immersing customers in brand heritage and offering tailored knowledge, tips, and techniques.
* Act as a L’Oréal Luxe brand ambassador, providing luxurious service and merchandising excellence.
* Maintain a strong understanding of the latest makeup, skincare, and wellness trends to deliver expert, personalized recommendations.
Driving Retail Performance
* Achieve individual and counter sales goals as agreed with your line manager.
* Proactively build authentic relationships with customers, both instore and via digital channels, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
* Inform customers about upcoming events, promotions, and brand activations.
* Design and execute engaging events and animations that excite customers for L’Oréal Luxe brands.
* Represent L’Oréal Luxe brands on internal and external social media platforms, adhering to company guidelines.
Operational Excellence
* Participate actively in team efforts and complete all required training programs to maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge.
* Complete daily and weekly administrative tasks using designated platforms (Tamigo/One Retail).
* Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and housekeeping, ensuring a clean, organized, and inviting counter environment.
