We are looking to recruit an experienced Account Manager to join a thriving manufacturing company in Poole.
Working in a friendly team of 3, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to customers and keeping them updated with their project progress.
This role requires someone with confidence to speak to customers, spark conversations, and drive sales enquiries.
You will manage your assigned customers and also represent the company at trade shows and exhibitions to increase brand awareness and build new relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Building relationships with new and existing customers
2. Responding to customer enquiries regarding sales, stock, progress, and pricing
3. Attending tradeshows, representing the company, and liaising with other businesses and potential customers
4. Proactively engaging with potential customers at tradeshows and over the phone to identify upcoming projects and offer services
5. Providing quotations
6. Loading sales orders into the system
7. Communicating with manufacturing, purchasing, and other departments to establish updates and timelines
8. General office administration, including updating internal databases
Ideal Candidate:
* Experience dealing with sales enquiries and providing excellent customer service
* Experience managing your own customer accounts
* A proactive approach to building new customer relationships and driving new business
* A cheerful and friendly disposition
* Strong relationship-building skills
* Excellent communication skills
* A proactive and motivated attitude
* Good IT skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
