We are currently recruiting for an Immigration Solicitor to join our expanding Corporate and Personal Immigration Department.
The Candidate
* Strong experience of dealing with all point-based system.
* Proven Immigration experience in the areas set out below.
* Able to handle/organise own workload
* Multilingual preferred but not essential.
* Good legal writing and drafting skills.
* Be ambitious and want to work on complex cases
Experience required:
* All types of Entry Clearance Visas, Further Leave to Remain and ILR
* All types of Appeals at First Tier Tribunal and Upper Tribunal, Court of Appeal, Supreme Court and beyond.
* Strong knowledge of PBS
* EU Law including Residence Application, Family Permit, Settlement
* Human Rights Article 8 and Article 3 Applications and Long residence
Salary
The salary for this role will be dependent on experience but very competitive for the right candidate.
