School administrator required to work in the Walsall area
Shifts: Monday - Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm
Pay: £13.50 per hour
Weeks: Immediate Start, ongoing
Key responsibilities:
Provide effective administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the school
Act as a key point of contact for parents, staff, pupils, and external agencies
Maintain accurate records relating to pupils, attendance, admissions, and examinations
Support senior leadership with scheduling, communications, and general office management
Ensure compliance with safeguarding, GDPR, and school policies and proceduresAbout you:

Experienced in providing administrative support within a school or similar environment
Confident communicator with a professional and approachable manner
