They’re looking for a Product Engineering Manager to lead a backend‑leaning team (~10 engineers, and growing) and shape the delivery, stability, and long‑term scalability of this mission‑critical platform.
What you’ll do
* Lead and develop a high-performing engineering team

* Own delivery standards and long‑term product direction
* Turn high‑level ideas into executable plans
