Case Management Assistant
Location: Stafford, ST16 3HS
Hours: Full-Time, Hybrid, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: £26,000 – £28,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Tula is a growing company providing medico legal expert witness services and specialist assessment, rehabilitation, and case management services to individuals and families who are rebuilding their lives after a catastrophic injury.
Tula are committed to the needs of our clients and we ensure that they receive the highest standard of service possible. We are currently seeking a Case Management Assistant (CMA) to join the existing team of to provide a full range of support services to our operations team, case managers and clients.
The Role
To take on a broad spectrum of tasks which can range from basic admin tasks such as formatting documents, minuting meetings, IT system management, HR onboarding for case management associates, dealing with referrals and answering calls, to sourcing and booking holidays, making transport arrangements, ordering equipment and organising social excursions and events for clients.
Other tasks could be around helping to organise department/company training away days and events or putting together newsletters and producing audit documents.
Skills and Qualifications
This is a varied role, and the successful applicant will need to demonstrate their ability to:
* Organise and prioritise tasks effectively in a busy office environment
* Communicate clearly and professionally
* Be confident in telephone communication
* Possess a high level of ability with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, PPT, SharePoint and Excel)
* Use/learn own in-house database apps
