We’re thrilled to announce that D3 is growing! Our second venue is opening at the iconic Olympia London, and we’re on the lookout for an experienced and enthusiastic Bar Manager to join our team from 12 January 2026.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bars. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for managing bar teams, ensuring high-quality service across all areas, optimizing stock and staffing, and maintaining consistency and excellence in guest experience.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent product knowledge, and the ability to coordinate logistics across several service points within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
What We’re Looking For
* 2+ years of experience in a Bar Manager role, ideally within a large or multi-bar venue
* Strong leadership and people management skills
* Solid understanding of stock control, ordering, and cost management
* High-level knowledge of spirits, cocktails, beer, and wine
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
* Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume environments
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee day-to-day operations of all bar outlets within the venue
* Ensure consistency in service, drink quality, cleanliness, and bar presentation across all areas
* Recruit, train, schedule, and manage bar teams across different bars
* Foster a positive, professional, and productive work environment
* Manage and monitor inventory across all bars, ensuring efficient stock rotation and minimizing wastage
* Coordinate with suppliers and handle ordering for all bar areas
* Ensure excellent guest service and prompt resolution of any bar-related issues
* Maintain high standards of hygiene and compliance across all bar stations
* Monitor and respond to guest feedback, implementing improvements as needed
* Support menu development and seasonal updates in collaboration with senior leadership or head bartenders
* Stay current with drink trends to keep the offer fresh and competitive
