Make an Impact at RSM UK
Are you ready to be at the heart of audit operations? Our National Audit Resource Team ensures the right people are in the right place at the right time. As a Regional Audit Administrator, you'll play a key role in ensuring our audit bookings run like clockwork, while working closely with our Audit Managers and a talented resource team. This role can be based out of any of our UK offices.

You’ll also provide administrative cover when needed, and with the flexibility to work from any UK office, you’ll be part of a fast-paced, nationwide team.
You’ll make an impact by:
1. Manage the regional mailbox daily, handle trainee queries, and escalate when necessary.
2. Maintain accurate study dates, training provider details, and keep exam trackers updated.
3. Support onboarding for new intakes, assist with exam results day, and cover for the Regional Audit Coordinator when needed.
4. Oversee Retain tasks including staffing updates, job bookings, annual leave entries, and quarterly roll-forward exercises.
5. Coordinate internal training plans, book mandatory and non-mandatory courses, manage stocktake staffing, and run monthly reports.

Are you someone who thrives on variety, loves learning new things, and enjoys connecting with people? If you can spot inefficiencies in everyday life and are passionate about making improvements, this role is perfect for you!
We value diverse experiences and perspectives. Here’s what we’re looking for in our ideal candidate:
6. Sharp attention to detail.

We recognise that our people are our most important assets. That’s why we offer a flexible reward and benefits package that will help you have fulfilling experience, both in and out of work.
11. 26 days holiday (with the option of purchasing additional days)
12. Lifestyle, health, and wellbeing including financial wellbeing benefits such as financial tools, electric car scheme and access to a virtual GP.
13. Access to a suite of 300+ courses on demand developed by our inhouse talent development team.
