We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a busy and well-established manufacturing environment in Workington. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and being part of a fast-paced production team.
Job Title: Production Operative

Hourly Rate: £12.71 per hour
Start date: As soon as possible
The role
* Operating and monitoring specialist production equipment
* Assisting with material preparation and processing activities
* Carrying out quality checks to ensure product standards are met
* Maintaining a clean and safe working area
* Supporting the wider production team with general duties as required
What we're looking for
* Previous production or manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential
* Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
* Reliable with a strong work ethic
* Comfortable working in a physical, team-based environment
