* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align trending content with real‑world scholarship opportunities, career campaigns, and student success milestones.

* Proven track record of building an organic audience (5k‑100k followers) with a deep understanding of hooks, pacing, retention, and Gen Z digital culture.
* Exceptional on‑camera confidence with a natural, authentic presence and the ability to speak to students as a peer rather than a marketer.
* Technical proficiency in mobile‑first editing tools and a strong interest in social mobility, education, or the creator economy landscape.
