We are appointing a Partner – Head of Building Consultancy (MRICS / FRICS) to anchor technical standards, expand capability, and represent Acclive’s chartered expertise on the Board.

This approach transforms one-off surveys into enduring client relationships.
Role Purpose
The Partner – Head of Building Consultancy acts as the firm’s technical authority and governance lead. You’ll:
• Maintain MRICS / FRICS-level oversight across all technical engagements.
• Strengthen Acclive’s credibility with institutional and family-office clients.
• Lead and quality-assure stage-gated deliverables across the full Acclive Asset Lifecycle.
• Shape growth strategy and chair the Building Consultancy function within the Board.
Engagement Model

• Monthly Leadership Retainer (£1,000–£2,000 per month) to recognise board presence & strategic contribution.
• Market-Competitive Project Day Rates (≈£850–£1,100 / day) as direct correlation of delivery to income.
• Strategic equity grant after 24 months; 3-year vesting to transform stewardship into ownership.
• No fixed headcount obligations, no commission-only volatility — just professional freedom with upside.

• 10 + years post-qualification, proven TDD and project-monitoring authority.
• Located North East / London / South East (hybrid).
