🔨 Repairs Supervisor – Social Housing (Crawley Area)

We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Repairs Supervisor to manage a skilled team of operatives delivering high-quality responsive repairs across social housing properties in Crawley.
🔧 What You’ll Do
1. ✅ Lead and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the responsive repairs team
2. 🕒 Ensure all repair works are completed on time and to the highest standards
3. 🏗️ Carry out site visits and oversee office-based planning and reporting
4. 📊 Monitor team performance, compliance, and health & safety requirements
5. 🤝 Build strong relationships with residents, contractors, and internal teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively
👷 What We’re Looking For
6. 📜 SSSTS certification (minimum requirement)
7. 🛠️ Proven experience in social housing repairs
8. 💼 Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
9. 🏢 Ability to work across both site and office environments
10. 📍 Local to Crawley with a full UK driving licence
🌟 Desirable Skills
11. 🏘️ Previous experience managing repairs within a social housing setting
12. 💻 Familiarity with housing management systems and reporting tools
