We are working with a strategy consultancy and research team actively seeking an User Researcher to join during this period of growth.
This team, which emerged organically last year following successful collaborations with industry leaders like Google and YouTube, is now formalising its offerings and expanding its reach. In the coming year, they are looking to add a third member to their team, focusing on collaborations with major tech clients and extending their expertise across Tech, Fashion, Retail and FMCG.
As part of this small, yet impactful team within a medium-sized agency, you will benefit from direct interaction with the team lead. This close-knit dynamic ensures personalised guidance for your professional growth, coupled with a balance of responsibility and support.
Additionally, working within a 60-person strategic consultancy provides the opportunity to collaborate with stakeholders across product, marketing, design, and strategy.
As a business their work can be pieces such as launching new streaming services across Europe or working with a streaming platform on their monetisation strategies.
You’ll need
* A passion for tech, media and entertainment
* 3-6 years’ experience in UX Research / qual research/ usability testing experience
* Experience managing research projects end to end
