What youll be doing:
Leading, coaching and developing a team of negotiatorsDriving team performance through clear KPIs and accountability
Embedding structure, consistency and best practice across the functionOverseeing deal progression to ensure smooth transactions through to completion
Managing compliance, due diligence and file qualitySupporting recruitment, onboarding and ongoing team development
