Key Responsibilities of the Cell Leader
1. Lead, support, and develop a team of operators, including performance management and regular feedback
2. Allocate daily tasks and plan workloads, including smooth handovers between early and late shifts
3. Ensure production output is delivered on time and to the required quality standards
