You will be responsible for running a busy kitchenwhich caters for approximately 140 covers serving American stylefood through busy bottomless brunch, lunch and dinnerservices. You will lead and ensure theteam comply with all food safety, health & safety and allcompany policies and procedures. As with any chef role at thislevel, you will also be responsible for managing margins andcontrolling costs and all things health, safety and hygienerelated.
