We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. Responsibilities
* Perform cleaning tasks in accordance with established standards and procedures.
* Ensure all areas, including offices, restrooms, and communal spaces, are kept clean and well-organised.
* Use appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment safely and efficiently.
* Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
* Provide excellent customer service by responding to client requests and inquiries professionally.
* Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishments as needed.
* Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
Experience
* Previous experience in a cleaning role is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
* Strong communication skills in English are required for effective interaction with clients and team members.
* A customer service-oriented attitude is essential for maintaining positive relationships with clients.
