Brightwork has a great opportunity for Production Operatives to join a busy Fish Processing Factory in Lerwick, Shetland Islands, offering a 6‑month contract, consistent hours, and the chance to experience island life while earning.
- Pay rate: £13.45 per hour (guaranteed 40 hours per week)
- Overtime: £20.18 per hour after 40 hours
- Contract length: 6 months
- Travel: Your flight or ferry to and from the island is fully paid

As a General Operative, your duties include:
- Operating processing machinery safely and efficiently
- Cleaning and preparing fish to the required standards
- Grading products to meet customer specifications
- Packing finished goods accurately

- Following strict hygiene, food safety and health & safety procedures
