About The Role
1. Demonstrable knowledge of complex fast moving clean environments (24/7- short life products)
2. Proven skills in managing and developing a team.
3. Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills
4. A good technical knowledge of supermarkets food safety requirements plus a working knowledge of their systems
5. Strong problem solving and root cause analysis skills
6. Good knowledge of preventative maintenance techniques
7. Good communication skills
8. Team building skills and strong ability to work cross functionally
9. HACCP Level 4, Food Safety Level 4
10. Leadership experience 4 years +
11. Lead Auditor (desirable but not essential)

12. Overall governance and assurance of site quality
