About the Role
As the HR Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of HR operations across the EMEA region. You’ll support the full employee lifecycle, take ownership of critical administrative processes, and be a trusted partner to managers and employees.
Key Responsibilities
* Track and manage staff holidays across the EMEA region, ensuring accuracy
* Own the onboarding process end‑to‑end, including:
o Ordering laptops, phones, and equipment
o Coordinating system access
o Scheduling new joiner introductory meetings
o Ensuring a smooth, welcoming start for all new hires
* Maintain and update HR systems with employee data, changes, and documentation
* Provide day‑to‑day HR administrative support across the employee lifecycle
* Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding preparation
* Support H&S administration, including training records, compliance tracking, and documentation
* Assist managers with HR queries and provide guidance on policies and processes
* Contribute to HR and engagement projects across the EMEA region
About You
* Experience in an HR support or coordination role, ideally within a multi‑country or EMEA environment
* Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
* Confident communicator who builds trust and rapport easily
* Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
* Familiar with HR systems and Microsoft Office
* A proactive mindset – someone who spots what needs doing and gets it done
