Are you from an automotive, fleet, or workshop background and looking for something different? This is an opportunity to move into a fast-paced airport environment, supporting Ground Service Equipment (GSE) operations and keeping critical fleets moving around the clock.
As a Fleet Support Coordinator, you’ll be at the centre of operations — coordinating fleet availability, responding to breakdowns and incidents, and working closely with customers, engineers, and suppliers to minimise downtime.
Automotive Fleet Support Coordinator What You’ll Be Doing
Provide first-line telephone support to customers regarding fleet availability and incidents
Coordinate breakdowns, defect reports, recoveries, and service status updates
Monitor and manage SLA recovery plans and customer communications
Investigate vehicle-related aircraft delays and share findings with customers
Liaise with workshops, suppliers, subcontractors, and manufacturers
Allocate jobs and raise service requests and purchase orders using SAP
Track fleet movements, repairs, and associated costs
Escalate safety issues, incidents, and operational risks appropriately
Maintain accurate records and promote a strong safety culture
Automotive Fleet Support Coordinator What We’re Looking For
Experience in automotive, fleet, workshop, logistics, or vehicle maintenance environments essential
Background in customer service, coordination, or call-centre-style support
Good understanding of vehicle maintenance and operational workflows
Comfortable using IT systems (SAP experience advantageous)
Strong organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proactive, calm under pressure, and customer-focused
Able to work rotating day and night shifts

Automotive Fleet Support Coordinator Hours & Shift Pattern
Rotating Day & Night Shifts (4-week cycle): Working 4 on 4 off shift pattern
Days: 05:30–17:30 or 06:00–18:00
Nights: 17:30–05:30 or 18:00–06:00
