6 MONTH TEMP TO PERM OPPORTUNITY - PREVIOUS RLO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
We are hiring for a Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) for our client. The role is located in the Wirral (Bebington, Bromborough, Pensby, Heswall) and requires prior RLO experience. The company is a retrofit decarbonisation construction company.
Responsibilities
* Pre‑entry visits and company inductions
* Collect tenancy agreement/approval forms
* Visiting tenants in their homes to advise them on when and what work is being carried out
* Act as the main point of contact and deal with any problems/queries that tenants may have
* Contact neighbourhood housing associations and establish working relations with them
* Visiting empty houses that are being refurbished with potential tenants and advising them on completion dates
* Attending and chairing tenant forum meetings to advise tenants of works being carried out
* Monitor customer complaints and resolve any potential issues
* Monitor customer satisfaction
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Resident Liaison Officer is preferred. The role requires experience in the social housing sector.
Pay and Benefits
£27,000‑£30,000 per year salary on a permanent basis. The temporary period is 6 months, starting ASAP. Fuel expenses are paid and salary is dependent on experience. Salary is paid weekly every Friday.
