We are delighted to be supporting a high profile global client in the search for a newly created Compliance Director position, based in Dunfermline.
The organisation is strengthening its compliance framework to support continued growth, enhance governance and assurance, and ensure the highest standards of ethical business practice across international markets.
The Opportunity
This is a high-impact leadership role, offering the chance to shape and lead a global compliance programme, working closely with executive stakeholders. It will be a visible role with influence across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Designing and implementing a robust compliance framework
Building and embedding a cross-functional compliance culture
Enhancing compliance risk assessment processes
Providing SME regulatory advice
Establishing and supporting the Compliance Committee and contributing to Risk Committee activity
Oversight of investigations and responses to internal/external enforcement matters
Leading and developing a small team
We are looking for:
A proven compliance leader with strong stakeholder capability and experience operating in a complex global environment.
Deep knowledge of relevant frameworks
Confidence advising senior leaders and influencing across global functions
I am interested in applications from a range of different sectors with transferable skills.
