Aramark UK is currently recruiting a Supervisor to join our team at Torbay Hospital, TQ2 7AA.
You will assist the Group Manager with daily operations, manage your team, and provide excellent customer service. Responsibilities include front of house services, order preparation, and overseeing service.

A day in the life of a Supervisor:
* Support the Group Manager in daily operations, manage staff, and delegate tasks.
* Operate the till, handle cash, and perform cashing up at shift end. Upsell and deliver excellent customer service.
* Food preparation, heating, plating, making drinks, and assisting in the kitchen.
* Lead shifts, supervise staff, and ensure training is up to date.
* Assist with stock management, stocktaking, and relevant paperwork.
Requirements for success:
* Must have resided in the UK for the past 5 years and have the right to work.
* Supervisor experience (preferred but not essential).
* Barista experience (preferred but not essential).
