The Job…
Working closely with the experienced & supportive team, you will gain exposure to & get involved across the following areas:
* Supporting the team to identify & plan integration of pipeline of advisory targets.
* Researching M&A target markets & sectors.
* Transaction services/due diligence projects.
* Working closely with the M&A Senior Manager to prepare analysis, charts, & presentations covering deal rationale.
* Participation across business development activities.
The Ideal Candidate…
To be considered for this opportunity, you must possess the following attributes:
* Essential – ACA or ACCA qualified.
* Essential – a minimum of 6 months experience within a high performing corporate finance team.
* Passionate about pursuing a career in corporate finance.
* You will possess a natural commercial acumen.
* Excellent communication & organisational skills.
* Ambitious & driven individual.
