We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager specialising in Security services. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and expanding our market presence within the security industry. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to organisational growth whilst working in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Monday to Friday

8.30am-5pm

Duties

* Develop and implement strategic plans to attract new clients and grow existing accounts within the security sector.

* Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and potential areas for expansion.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current clients through regular communication and personalised service.

* Prepare compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs, showcasing our security solutions.

* Utilise CRM software, including Salesforce, to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyse sales data effectively.

* Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and operations to ensure seamless service delivery.

* Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote our security offerings and generate new leads.

* Monitor competitors’ activities and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

* Proven experience in business development or sales within the security or related industry.

* Strong knowledge of CRM software

* Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.

* Ability to work independently whilst contributing effectively within a team environment.

* Demonstrable track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

* A proactive approach with strong problem-solving abilities.

* Relevant qualifications in business administration, marketing or security management are desirable but not essential.
