Responsibilities
* Managing family law matters including divorce, financial settlements, and private children cases
* Advising clients with sensitivity and clarity, ensuring they understand their options
* Drafting legal documents, agreements, and court applications
* Liaising with courts, barristers, and third parties to progress cases efficiently
We\'re Looking For
* Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in family law
* Ability to manage a caseload independently with strong organisational skills
* Excellent communication and client care skills, with a supportive approach
* Experience or interest in working within accredited frameworks such as Resolution or Law Society panels
* Committed to maintaining high professional and ethical standards
