Overview
We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Order Processor to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in ensuring accurate data entry for online orders and seamless communication with the team. As a Data Administrative Assistant, your primary responsibility will be entering orders into our inventory management system, helping us maintain the smooth operation of our online order processing. If you have a strong eye for detail and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this role could be a great fit for you
Key Responsibilities:
* Accurately input online orders into the inventory management system.
* Ensure all order details (e.g. product information, customer data) are entered correctly.
* Work closely with other team members to address any order-related issues.
* Communicate effectively via Teams to ensure timely order processing and resolution of any issues.
* Maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency in all data entry tasks.
* Assist with troubleshooting any discrepancies or errors in the inventory system.
* Maintain confidentiality and security of all customer and order information.
Skills & Qualifications:
* Strong computer literacy with confidence using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams) and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
* High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
* Experience with inventory or order management systems is desirable, but full training will be provided.
* Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
* Basic knowledge of online order processing is an advantage.
