On behalf of our client, Head First is recruiting Support Workers to join a day team supporting a 61-year-old gentleman with an acquired brain injury who lives in a flat in Hawkhurst, Kent. He has a great sense of humour, appreciates his support team and always tries to maintain his independence. He enjoys going for coffee and cake in the local area as well as day trips further afield. The day shifts are to support the client to access the community, receive their daily medication and to support with activities of daily living and their rehabilitation programme. There are also domestic chores to maintain the clients accommodation. You will be joining a team of enthusiastic and compassionate individuals who support the client with their daily needs.
