A Standard DBS is required for this role. The role: Are you detail-oriented, methodical, and comfortable handling large volumes of data with speed and accuracy? We're looking for a motivated individual to join the SEND Project Team and play a key role in implementing a new IT Case Management System. This system will bring significant improvements, efficiencies and benefits to the Council's services. In this role, you’ll support data input for the new Special Educational Needs data management system, while also contributing to quality assurance and system testing. Key responsibilities: Support the implementation of the new IT system, including the provision of training, advice, and guidance to maximise efficiency and impact Assist with user acceptance testing and quality assurance using fast, accurate data entry skills Help with data migration by performing data cleansing and testing tasks Provide core administrative support throughout the system implementation process. Assist in conducting research and gathering of information as directed by the Project Team Complete assigned tasks within deadlines, aligning with the project plan and workstreams Produce electronic documents, reports, letters, and other materials as needed. Offer general administrative and system support to frontline staff. Escalate issues promptly to relevant senior managers What the client is looking for: BTEC National in Public Administration or NVQ 3 Business Administration or equivalent Ability to deal effectively with stakeholders Experience of working with databases and management information systems Experience of quality assuring/data cleansing and cross-referencing information in a variety of formats Comprehensive quick and accurate data entry Excellent administrative skills Experience of researching and collecting information Experience of creating electronic documents using Microsoft packages Good interpersonal and communication skills Excellent planning and organisational skills Excellent IT skills including use of all the Microsoft packages Excellent keyboard skills, with a minimum requirement of 35 wpm Excellent numeracy and literacy skills How to Apply: Quote the Job Title and Reference Number in your application.
