Position: Logistics Coordinator – Luxury Homeware Brand
Location: Little Hulton, Manchester (4 days office-based, 1 day WFH)
Salary: Up to £31, + Flexible start/finish times
Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30-17:00

Our client, a leading name in luxury homeware and textile products, is expanding their internal logistics team and looking for a Logistics Coordinator to help keep their supply chain moving smoothly across international markets.
Logistics Coordinator role:
As the business continues to grow, they’re seeking a logistics professional to join their collaborative, friendly team. You’ll be at the heart of a fast-paced international operation-supporting everything from freight scheduling and customs compliance to supplier documentation and logistics reporting. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership, problem-solving, and building strong working relationships across departments and with external partners.
Key role and responsibilities:
1. Managing inbound shipment schedules, coordinating with freight forwarders, ports, and warehouse teams
2. Reviewing and verifying shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, GSPs)
3. Ensuring customs entries are completed accurately and compliantly
4. Supporting the processing of freight invoices and financial documentation (including letters of credit)
5. Maintaining accurate logistics data and reporting to support business decisions
6. Acting as a key point of contact across internal departments and external stakeholders
7. Providing hands-on support with specialist customs procedures and warehouse planning
Experience required:
8. Experience in Shipping/ocean freight and/or customs processes is highly desirable
9. Strong attention to detail and confident with Excel and data systems
10. A proactive communicator who thrives in a team-oriented environment
11. Comfortable juggling priorities and making smart logistical decisions
12. Down-to-earth, positive, and able to bring a bit of humour to the workplace
