The Business Administrator will support the organisation in delivering high-quality services through a wide range of administrative and technical tasks, including:
* Conducting data analysis to support business strategy.
* Assisting with the setup and management of e-learning courses.
* Supporting course administration and management.
* Assisting with investigations and handling of complaints, appeals, or disputes.
* Monitoring and improving customer feedback processes.
* Ensuring compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and safeguarding internal and external data.
* Supporting tutors with marking.
* Carrying out sample exam marking for ad-hoc and distance learners.
* Assigning, uploading, marking, and extracting exam results.
* Issuing results notifications.
* Releasing certificates.
* Facilitating virtual public courses.
* Invigilating exams.
* Providing technical facilitation for online courses.
* Carrying out other administrative tasks as required.
