Role Description
We are seeking a Workshop Supervisor for a full‑time, on‑site role based in our Cheddar location. The Workshop Supervisor will oversee daily workshop activities, manage and guide the team of operatives, ensure workshop operations run efficiently, and maintain a safe working environment. Responsibilities include planning and supervising maintenance and repair schedules, ensuring customer satisfaction, and coordinating with clients to meet service requirements, while upholding high‑quality standards.

* Strong supervisory skills with experience in team management and leadership
* Proficiency in maintenance and repair practices, focused on mechanical and electrical engineering
* Customer satisfaction and customer service expertise, with a professional approach to client interaction and problem‑solving
