The Role:
As a Front of House Manager, you will lead with passion, creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will support in coaching and developing your team to excel, while driving restaurant performance and delivering excellent results.
We are looking for someone who:
* Is passionate about supporting and developing their team, maintaining high standards
* Has experience in shift planning and management, ensuring adequate coverage and team coaching
* Understands labor management, rotas, and the financial performance of the restaurant
