This is a fantastic opportunity for aspiring teachers or those exploring careers in education, psychology, or youth work to gain valuable, paid experience in a supportive school environment.
What’s on offer:
* Full-time, long-term Graduate Teaching Assistant role (Mon–Fri, term-time)

Key responsibilities:
* Assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management
* Provide academic support to students across KS3 and KS4
* Work with pupils with additional needs (SEND, EAL, low confidence)
* Help create an inclusive and engaging learning environment
* Collaborate with staff to track progress and raise attainment
Who we’re looking for:
* A graduate with a 2:1 or higher in any subject (priority for English, Maths, Science, Humanities, or MFL)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Passionate about education and working with young people
* Resilient, reliable, and eager to learn
* UK-based with right to work (visa sponsorship not available)
