Typical tasks will include: * Managing data entry and record keeping. * Handling client and supplier queries. * Assisting with scheduling and coordinating maintenance visits. * Monitoring site information and updating reports. * Supporting colleagues with general administrative tasks. About You We’re looking for someone who is: * Experienced in administration (any industry). * Highly organised with strong attention to detail. * Confident with Microsoft Office. * A good communicator with a friendly telephone manner. * Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
