We are seeking an experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our Older Adult Mental Health Service. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

Main duties of the job
* Oversee and coordinate high-quality, highly specialist psychological services for older adult mental health clients across community and inpatient settings.
* Provide clinical, professional, and managerial governance for psychological practitioners.
* Lead assessment, development, and implementation of psychological interventions, including assessments, formulation, interventions, evaluation, consultation, and teaching.
* Deliver clinical supervision to psychologists, therapy practitioners, and non-psychology staff, identifying training needs.
* Work autonomously within professional guidelines and exercise responsibility for governance of psychological practice.
* Assist with service delivery and improvement projects.
* Apply expertise in various psychotherapeutic modalities and clinical risk management, including suicide prevention and care pathways.
