Responsibilities
The successful candidates will be responsible for the following, but not limited to:
1. Being a SME of at least one aspect of the application (, Workflows, Calculations, Reports, Letters, Interface, Data etc)
2. Obtaining, analysing, documenting, and estimating client requirements (internal and external)
3. Configuring and testing thependia Touch application
4. Enhancing, developing and promoting the Touch Model
5. Supporting Project Management by leading a workstreams to oversee Client deliverables and tracking work through Agile methodology.
6. Work collaboratively with customers throughout the full implementation lifecycle by leading or supporting with Client facingmunications.
7. Support with visit customer sites when required, with the possibility of working on site for an extended period.
8. Supporting with training needs and deliver training to customers as part of project delivery.
9. Provide expertise and present demonstrations to prospective customers and colleagues from other parts of the business
10. Support in establishing and maintaining excellent customer relationships and promoting the growth of new business from those customers.
11. Ensure AzureDev/JIRA boards are up to date, including updating PM/ leads with progress updates.
12. Attending 3 out of the 4 quarterly team meet ups.
Skills, Capabilities and Attributes
The role would be suited to someone with the following skills:
13. Software implementation, preferably in the pension or financial sectors
14. Experience of process-driven software configuration at UI and database level
15. Excellent, and audience-appropriate, verbal and writtenmunication and presentation skills
16. Customer-focus and confidence working in new environments
17. Analytical problem-solving and attention to detail
18. Self-motivation and independent approach to work
19. Collaborative work ethic within internal and customer teams
Working knowledge of one or more of:
20. PL/SQL, HTML, Javascript, CSS
21. Data migration and data manipulation tools
22. Development practices and Agile methodology
