We are hiring for a Marketing Manager who is experienced in leading multi-channel marketing strategies within the hospitality sector in Darlington. This is an office-based role within a dynamic and fast-paced hospitality environment, and you will be responsible for improving brand presence, customer engagement and overall revenue through strategic marketing activity.
Duties of a Marketing Manager
In this role, you will be working in the Marketing Team to deliver effective marketing campaigns that support business growth. Reporting to the Head of Commercial and managing a small team of marketing executives, you will be responsible for:
• Developing and executing the annual marketing strategy
• Managing digital channels including social media, email, website content and paid campaigns
• Overseeing brand activity across hospitality venues to ensure consistency
• Coordinating marketing collateral, events and promotional activity
• Analysing campaign performance and reporting on key metrics
• Supporting new product launches and seasonal campaigns
Skills and experience of a Marketing Manager
As a Marketing Manager, you need to have experience with:
• Leading marketing strategies within the hospitality, leisure or retail industries
• Managing and developing a small marketing team
It would be beneficial to the Marketing Manager role if you also had:
• Experience with CRM platforms and email automation
• Strong content creation skills
• Understanding of SEO/PPC and digital analytics
