Job Title: Client Relationship Co-ordinator – Maternity Cover
Location: Sunbury on Thames
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £24,800 per annum
Contract: Fixed Term until 28th May 2027 (Maternity Cover)
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and organised individual to join our team on a fixed term maternity cover contract. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality work and excellent customer service.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations and contributing positively to the wider team.
Key Responsibilities
* First point of contact for new sales enquires
* Manage daily administrative and operational tasks
* Provide excellent customer service and support
* Maintain accurate records and documentation
* Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders
* Support team projects and business objectives
* Ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard
About You
We are looking for someone who:
* Has excellent telephone manner, communication and organisational skills
* Works well independently and as part of a team
* Is confident answering phones and using Microsoft Office and general computer systems
* Has strong attention to detail
* Can manage priorities effectively in a busy environment
* Previous experience in sales or a similar role is desirable but not essential
