We work side-by-side with our clients, helping them grow smart, scale fast, and win long-term. Now were building out our creative team and looking for a Content Producer who lives and breathes TikTok 🎬✨

🎯 The Role
If youre the type who watches a TikTok and immediately thinks "I couldve made that better" — we want you 🫵
Youll manage video production end-to-end: involving planning, structuring, directing creators and hosts, and making sure every piece of content is scroll-stopping, on-brand, and built to convert. Youll be the creative brain behind our daily content output 🧠💡
🔥 What Youll Actually Be Doing
🎥Content & Production
* Plan and manage daily/weekly TikTok content calendars
* Build detailed shoot plans — scripts, hooks, product highlights, creative angles
* Direct creators and hosts on set to nail messaging, energy, and brand tone
* Stay obsessively plugged into TikTok trends and apply them fast
📊Performance & Optimisation
* Team up with our marketing crew to understand whats selling and why
* Dig into content performance data and use it to level up your creative strategy
* Test new formats, hooks, and storytelling styles constantly — we love a good experiment 🧪
✅ Youre Our Person If You...
* Have a strong eye for short-form video and a natural storytelling instinct 🎞️
* Have experience in content production, video planning, or a similar creative role (TikTok, fashion, or e-commerce = massive bonus 🏆)
* Know TikTok inside out — trends, algorithms, what makes people stop scrolling
* Can balance aesthetic with performance without breaking a sweat 💨
* Are confident directing creators and on-screen talent
* Are organised, proactive, and can juggle multiple content workflows like a pro 🤹
* Are comfortable using AI tools to produce high volumes of quality content efficiently 🤖✨
