About the role
This new hybrid role supports the Sales function with both operational enablement and executive-level coordination. You will work closely with the Head of Sales to ensure the smooth running of key sales processes, team tools, and customer-facing programmes. Half of your time will be focused on sales support and administration (e.g. diary coordination, meeting follow-ups, sales team documentation), and the other half will focus on strategic enablement — including ownership of CRM usage, internal sales documentation, sales dashboards, and process rollouts like the Joint Business Plan (JBP) framework.
You'll be part data wizard, part organiser, and part sales enabler — helping and driving the team stay aligned, informed, and focused on delivering results.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Process Enablement
* Maintain the Rock & Roll Blueprint documentation, JBP templates and sales playbooks
* Identify process gaps and instances of non-compliance across the sales team
* Support and drive ISM/BDMs and local Sales Managers to follow internal sales procedures
* Coordinate and drive updates and distribution of sales materials and process guides
2. CRM & Tool Management
* Act as the primary point of contact for CRM (Zoho) coordination and training, driving disciplined and optimal use across the entire team
* Work with our CRM consultant to roll out improvements and enhancements
* Support the Head of Sales in driving CRM adoption and coaching usage across the team
3. Sales Reporting & Forecast Support
* Provide data and reports for customer meetings and internal reviews
* Pull sales activity and pipeline reports from Power BI, CRM and complex Excel sheets.
* Prepare dashboards and summaries to support monthly forecast meetings
* Help ensure data integrity and consistency across all reporting systems
* Pro-actively create new reports, and update existing reports to highlight stats that will help drive sales and customer (and ISM/BDM) behaviour and performance
4. Administrative & Executive Support
* Maintain customer price books and assist with new SKU setup
* Help implement and maintain documentation for key sales procedures
* Provide calendar and meeting coordination support to the Head of Sales
* Prepare pre-read packs and capture action notes from key meetings
* Support internal comms, document versioning, and cross-team updates
5. Onboarding & Internal Training
* Manage onboarding documentation for new sales team hires
* Coordinate intro sessions on systems, tools, processes and sales expectations
Key Skills & Experience
* Excellent command of English – written and spoken
* 2+ years of experience in a Sales Coordinator, Sales Analyst, Sales Ops, or similar role
* Strong Excel / PowerPoint / PowerBI reporting skills
* Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, Hubspot or similar)
* Experience preparing sales reports, maintaining documentation and supporting leadership
* Highly organised, systems-minded and detail-oriented
* Proactive communicator with a team-first mindset
* Experience in consumer goods, lifestyle, or tech sector beneficial but not essential
* Strength of personality to respectfully challenge accountability issues within the team whilst working with them to achieve their best
* Experienced in the use of and experimentation with A.I. as a copilot, or at least genuinely receptive and excited to experiment with AI design tools and integrate them into your workflow.
