Job Summary

:
1. Lead the collection, prioritization, communication and alignment of key product lifecycle dates and activities, including: Time to Market (TTM) and New Product Introduction (NPI) processes which includes new product development and launches of existing products into new markets and range extensions; Ensure clear communication and alignment between all key stakeholders, GSC, Operations, LCM, Commercial around launch dates and any change in dates and the drivers; Source of Supply changes, Discontinuation, Rationalization, and Change Orders.

2. Collaboration within the Global Supply Chain organization to develop performance metrics and communication frameworks that enhance visibility and accountability across launch activities.

3. Take ownership of high-impact projects leveraging the NPLCO process to establish robust control, enhance visibility, and ensure disciplined execution across product lifecycle activities. This includes acting as the bridge between Life cycle management strategy and execution.

4. Directional leadership and guidance to a Lead Product Launch Analyst. Responsible for guiding and developing the analyst to ensure high performance and professional growth, while fostering a collaborative and accountable working environment. This includes setting clear objectives, providing regular coaching and feedback, and aligning individual contributions with broader organizational goals.

5. Lead and manage the timely execution and communication of all product launches and change orders.
6. Act as the strategic cross-functional leader and central coordination point between Commercial and Operational teams.
7. Drive alignment, accelerate decision-making, and ensure seamless execution of product lifecycle activities.
8. Oversee and communicate key product lifecycle activities, including:New Product Introduction (NPI), including launches into new markets and range extensions.Source of Supply changes.Product discontinuation, rationalization, and change orders.
9. Ensure cross-functional alignment on launch status, proactively managing risks and tracking progress against timelines.
10. Identify and implement continuous improvements in product launch processes, governance, and execution efficiency.
11. Collaborate within Global Supply Chain to develop performance metrics and communication frameworks that enhance visibility and accountability.
12. Own and lead high-impact projects using the NPLCO process to ensure robust control and disciplined execution.

Travel:

Travel expected to be 20% - International

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

15. Excellent project management skills

16. Experience in a regulated industry (medical device or other)

17. Excellent written and oral communications skills

18. Experience in a global role (dealing with organizations around the world)

19. Ability to work across multiple groups and countries plus broad functional areas to obtain buy-in and support, communicate and provide leadership for implementing capabilities

20. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

21. Ability to adapt to a fast and dynamic environment.

22. Ability to manage both direct and matrix resources effectively

23. Highly self-motivated, self-directed, and attentive to detail.

24. Normal office environment
25. Some international travel required

Experience:

26. Project Management in a matrixed, international organization
27. Supply Chain and/or Operations experience in a complex supply chain

28. Experience with a Health regulated industry and supply chain
29. Experience in TTM / NPI / LCM activities
30. Bachelor's of Science degree in relevant field + 5 years’ experience; or 8+ years’ experience in a similar field is required.
31. Master of Business Administration degree is preferred.

Education:

32. Bachelor's of Science degree in relevant field + 5 years’ experience; or 8+ years’ experience in a similar field is required.

33. Master of Business Administration degree is preferred.

For. locations that require disclosure of compensation, the starting base pay for this role is between $114,463.00 and $163,519.00 per year and may include cost of living adjustments. The actual base pay includes many factors and is subject to change and modification in the future. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation and benefits.
