We are a leading, accredited service provider with 40 years’ experience of providing Electrical and Fire Compliance services to Housing Associations and Local Authorities across London and the South-East. Job Role for an In-House Recruitment Co-Ordinator If you are looking for an exciting opportunity to join an already well established but fast-growing company and you fulfil the criteria set out below, please get in touch. * Managing job adverts to ensure they remain relevant, up to date, and in turn generating applications * Liaising with job advert providers to create and maintain the best ads to achieve the above * Actively screening and keeping on top of all CV / applications for various roles, with a target of making first contact with potential candidates within 24 hours * Maintaining a database of potential candidates * Collecting and reporting feedback from candidates in relation to roles and packages * Regular updates and reporting on recruitment progress to senior management * After initial screening, arranging interviews with Contract Managers * Manage social media recruitment activity * Supporting the People Team on other business activities as and when required Experience needed for an In-House Recruiter * Ability and willingness to commute to our Chigwell office * Good written and verbal communication skills * A real can-do attitude and the ability to take responsibility for recruitment activity (with considerable support by senior management) * Experience within an office administrative role with knowledge of clerical & administrative procedures * Recruitment experience (preferred, not essential) * Computer literacy: Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word * Ability to prioritise workload, with good planning & organisational skills * Good attention to detail and a genuine care for getting things right * Be able to work as part of a team * A positive problem-solving attitude * Flexible & adaptable Salary & Benefits * Competitive salary relative to experience (PAYE) * 23 days holiday per year. * Access to a pension scheme * Employee wellbeing programme * Casual dress, company social events, on-site parking
