Ground Control iscurrently looking for a Compliance TeamLeaderto join our growingbusiness.
As a diligent and detailorientatedCompliance Team Leader you will be responsible for overseeingvarious compliance activities including Modern Day Slaverycoordination triaging Field Team requests managing Key PerformanceIndicators (KPIs) coordinating business communication andstreamlining business processes.
You will lead ateam of two Compliance Coordinators working closely with theDirector of Data Strategy to ensure our operational teamscontinuously fulfil mandatory compliance requirements to deliver asafe highquality service.

What youllachieve
As aCompliance Team Leader you will berequired to:
* Lead and mentor a team oftwo ComplianceCoordinators.
* Become asuper user of the business recently implemented complianceapplication.
* CoordinateModern Day Slavery activities working across multifunctional teamsto ensure compliance with all associated policies andprocesses.
* Triage FieldTeam requests and resolve queries promptly. Identify opportunitiesto enhance business processes reduce manual touchpoints andoptimise workflow.
* Managea set of defined business Key PerformanceIndicators.
* Deliver clearand concise stakeholder communication to drive improvement andcomplianceawareness.
* Ensure allsecurity betting requirements are delivered to each clientsspecification.
* EnsureField Team Owners have verified Right to Work documentation for alloperatives andthemselves.
* Ensure allbusiness/operational units mandatory compliance requirements aremet by each Field Team owner andOperatives.
* Alignment withthe companys values demonstrating a commitment to Ground Controlsfocus on the environment andcustomer.
Who werelooking for
The successfulcandidate will have:
* Proven experiencein compliance management or relatedfield.
* Strong leadership and team managementskills with the ability to work in crossfunctionalteams.
* Excellent communication andinterpersonal abilities.
* Ability to managemultiple priorities and meetdeadlines.
* Familiarity with relevantregulations and standards.
* Experience inprocess improvement and optimisation isdesirable.
