Overview
We make health happen. As a Corporate Health Trust Consultant, you will manage a portfolio of large corporate clients, building strong partnerships with stakeholders at all levels. You will be accountable for driving growth through new registrations, retention, revenue, and contribution across our UKI business units. Your work will directly support the performance of our Corporate Health Trust portfolio and play a key role in Bupa’s commercial success.
Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of ~20 major corporate clients, ensuring strong, commercially successful relationships.
* Deliver business targets across acquisitions, retention, revenue, contribution, registrations, and lives in line with the Commercial Strategy for Corporate.
* Manage clients across all product lines within Business & Speciality Products, as well as Clinics.
* Monitor and report on portfolio performance, understanding impact across individual client P&Ls and the wider Health Trust P&L.
* Support clients to shape and implement their Health & Wellbeing strategies, positioning Bupa as a clear leader in the UK healthcare market.
* Ensure all account management activity meets regulatory standards, falls within risk appetite, and consistently delivers fair customer outcomes.

* Proven success in driving revenue, profit, and growth within a regulated environment.
* Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed performance targets.
* Strong track record of treating customers fairly and delivering compliant sales.
* Excellent understanding of customer service principles with a commitment to service excellence.
* Self‑motivated with strong time‑management skills and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
* Ability to analyse complex data from multiple sources and make sound recommendations.
* Acts with honesty, integrity, and ethics — building trust and authenticity with customers and colleagues.
