Registry and Academic Affairs – Customer Service, Graduation
What will you be doing?
As an administrator you will follow established processes to provide high‑quality support to students and academics across the University. You will assist with student enquiries and administrative activities related to graduation and student voice activity, and be on site full time during peak periods such as before and during Graduation to support the in‑person student experience.
Responsibilities
* Provide support to students on our CRM system, by telephone and in person.
* Support students throughout the final part of their journey – from invitation to graduation through conferred degree.
* Assist with student voice activity.
* Work on campus full time during peak periods, with the option for part‑time or job share arrangements.
* Communicate confidently and proactively find information from a variety of sources.
Qualifications
* Enthusiastic and self‑motivated.
* Excellent organisational and accuracy skills.
* Collaborative team worker able to work independently.
* Customer‑focused approach with strong problem‑solving abilities.
* Confident communicator with the ability to think on their feet.
Work patterns may fall between 09:00 and 17:00 Monday‑Friday. Full‑time posts are 36.25 hours; part‑time (minimum 29 hours) and job‑share applications are considered. Specify preferred hours if applying for less than full time.
