The Liberty Group is immediately hiring for experienced, Apartment Community Maintenance Technicians.
Job Responsibilities:
* Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner.
* Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements.
* Maintain cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas.
* Manages records of activity in maintenance log.
* Demonstrate the ability to multitask and prioritize.
* Provide residents with outstanding customer service.
Required Qualifications:
* At least 6 months of onsite experience
* Valid I.D. Required
* Have reliable transportation
* Own tools necessary to perform maintenance duties
* A/C certification is a Plus and Pays More
