The Opportunity
You\'ll join a collaborative team of data engineers (junior through to senior) and work closely with leadership to:
- Drive a major cloud migration to AWS, including modern lakehouse architecture
- Build and optimise scalable data pipelines and ETL processes
- Partner with analysts, data scientists, and wider business teams to unlock data value
- Take ownership of complex engineering challenges in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Mentor and coach engineers, supporting growth and knowledge sharing across the team
What They\'re Looking For
- Strong hands-on data engineering experience within a complex environment
- Advanced PySpark expertise (essential)
- Solid experience working with AWS data services (e.g. S3, Glue, Redshift, Lambda)
- Proven track record working on large-scale data platform or migration projects
- Experience building robust, production-grade pipelines with testing / CI/CD exposure
- Someone who challenges the status quo, with a data-first, problem-solving mindset
