Lead Business Analyst
As Lead Business Analyst, you’ll take ownership of business analysis across large, complex projects—leading teams, shaping solutions, and ensuring delivery aligns with strategic goals.
Location: Egham, Surrey
Salary: c. £65,000 (DOE)
Role/responsibilities
* Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts
* Drive requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation (user stories, epics, artefacts)
* Act as a key bridge between stakeholders, developers, and customers
* Guide Agile delivery using tools like JIRA
* Oversee discovery phases, high-level design, and project scoping
* Champion best practices and continuous improvement within the BA team
Key experience
* Proven leadership experience in Business Analysis
* Strong background in Agile/SCRUM environments
* Expertise in requirements elicitation, process mapping, and user story writing
* Experience working with APIs and technical systems
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver clarity
